January 19, 2024Caroola are proud to announce that we are supporting the FCSA Levy Network. The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) unveiled the initiative, which opens up the government-backed Apprenticeship Levy Share Scheme to the FCSA network, earlier this month, hitting their £1,000,000 target within 24 hours.
This scheme means that large businesses like Caroola can transfer unspent funds from their apprenticeship levy to smaller businesses’ looking for support with the cost of apprenticeship apprenticeship training.
The Benefits of the Apprenticeship Levy Share Scheme
Businesses who take advantage of a levy transfer, are able to use funds to provide valuable training and development opportunities to new and existing workers.
Benefits include:
- Boosting development budget for small businesses
- Having a positive impact on the UK economy
- Helping development of a skilled workforce
- Contributing to local community
Caroola training manager, Vic Hulse said “Caroola are delighted to support the FCSA apprenticeship initiative. We have seen great success in the past when running apprenticeship programmes through Caroola and we are really proud to be an FCSA-accredited member.”
To register to receive apprenticeship funding, visit the FCSA Levy Network website and once your account is setup, match with Caroola as your preferred donator. Once approved, funds can be used to pay for training and assessments, and your apprentice(s) will be ready to start.
