We're more than what we provide to our customers. We're also big believers in investing in the future and committed to doing what we can to help determined individuals grow and develop their skill sets. We launched the Caroola Academy in 2023 to bring all our investments in future education, training, and support under one roof.

Investing in
future accountants

As a contractor accounting service provider, we are eager to provide vocational training to future accountants. In 2024, the Caroola Group Accountancy Apprenticeship Academy welcomed 35 new Level 2 accountancy apprentices, after welcoming over 40 new apprentices in 2023.

We plan on continuing this trend and receiving a new cohort of Level 2 accountancy apprentices each year. Once these apprentices complete their Level 2 certification, they receive clear progression pathways and incentives to advance to Level 3 and Level 4 certifications.

To ensure that our accountancy apprentices get top-quality training and support, we recently recruited a dedicated Academy Manager and Team Leaders. These educators are all qualified accounting specialists here to provide our apprentices with expert guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Investing in
future qualifications

While we are accounting specialists, accountancy is not the only type of apprenticeship on offer at Caroola.

Since 2017, we have taken on 650+ apprentices studying for professional qualifications across the business and invested over £6.3 million in their training and development. Right now, our 350+ employees include apprentices in IT, Marketing, HR, Learning and Development, Digital Design, Payroll, Business Administration, and more.

To ensure that our apprentices get the training, help and support they need, we work with a collection of expert training providers. These providers include ILM (the Institute of Learning Management), Paragon Skills, First Intuition, MBKB, GingerNut Training, QA, Manchester Metropolitan University, Kaplan, Growth Company, Cranfield University, Warrington & Vale College, University of Manchester, and North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College.

Investing in young people & professionals

We want to invest in the futures of as many people and communities as we can, and that includes people and communities outside the business. Our current and more recent investments include:
