Campaign: Aintree Grand National agency referral campaign  

Time Period: Monday 8th April – COB Friday 12th April 

Mechanics: Recruiters must send a contractor referral to Parasol to have the chance of winning a £50 max CRM prize & a £25 donation on their behalf to our office charities, Donna’s Dream House and Papyrus. 

Prize: Grand National sweep winners will receive a prize worth up to £50 maximum from their dedicated CRM. Each winner will also have £25 donation sent to Donna’s Dream House and Papyrus, paid for by Parasol. 

Selecting a winner: Input individual entry details into a spreadsheet and allocate a horse from the Aintree Grand National race (can have multiple entries per person.)  

Winning horse and corresponding sweepstake entries to be identified. All sweepstake winners will receive their CRM prize and charity donation 

Competition: Your chance to win a prize worth up to £50 by referring your contractors to Parasol to be allocated a horse in the Grand National sweepstake. If your horse wins you will receive your CRM prize plus a £25 donation on your behalf to our office charities. 

Terms and conditions 

1.1 These terms and conditions relate to the referral campaign being promoted by Parasol Limited (“Parasol” or “Promoter”). The promotion provides for the chance to win four tickets to a horse racing event in the UK in 2024 of your choice. (“Promotion”). 

(a) The CRM prize will be worth up to £50 

(b) Your £25 charity donation will be made by Parasol to Donna’s Dream House and Papyrus. 

1.2 You are eligible for the Promotion if: 

(a) You are currently employed by a recruitment agency within the UK 

(b) You refer a contractor to Parasol via your CRM or the contractor refers themselves following your recommendation and quotes your agency name 

(c) Every referral will generate an entry into the Aintree Grand National Sweepstake. They will be given 1 horse generated randomly. Any non-runners will be reallocated to an alternative horse generated at random. The winner of the Grand National will put the recruiters with that horse in the sweep forward to receive their £50 prize from their dedicated CRM. 

1.3 You are not eligible for the Promotion if: 

(a) You are not currently employed by a recruitment agency within the UK 

(b) You are an employee of Parasol, an immediate family member, or a person living in the same household. 

1.4 The Promotion will run from 10:00am 08/04/2024 until 17.30pm 12/04/2024 (“Promotion Period”) Entries received after this time will not be valid. 

1.5 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

1.7 The prize will be sent to the winning referring recruiter. 

1.8 Delivery to mainland UK only. 

1.9 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions 

1.10 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

1.11 By entering the Competition, participants agree to Parasol’s/Caroola’s Privacy Policy. Any personal data collected as part of this Competition will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition and as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://parasolgroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/  

Parasol/Caroola is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during this Competition will be processed in accordance with GDPR and will not be used for any other purpose without explicit consent 

1.12 Consent to Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Parasol to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (if applicable) for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

1.13 The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
