If you refer a friend and they become a client of Brian Alfred (‘BAA’), or any other subsidiary of Caroola Group including Caroola Accountancy or an employee of Parasol, you shall both be entitled to receive a £50 referral payment. 

Additionally, you’ll both be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £300. This is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Eligibility criteria 

The Reward will only be payable provided that BAA has received any fees, in full, due by you.  

BAA reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Offer and its decision is final. 

The Reward will be payable within 30 days following a New Client’s tax rebate being paid, accounts filing initiated or self-assessment completed. The Reward will only be sent to the email address held on file by BAA. 

The £300 prize draw takes place every three months, so you’ll be entered into the next draw after meeting the criteria outlined in the T&Cs. 

Conditions 

Any Reward paid will be deemed inclusive of VAT, where applicable.  

It is a condition of this refer a friend scheme that the New Client has not been a client of BAA for a period of 2 years prior to the date of the referral.  

By accepting this Offer, you consent to receive information from BAA relating to new services, offers and product information by e-mail, SMS or phone. 

It is your sole responsibility to pay any tax, national insurance or other payments that may be due as a result of receiving the Reward. 

We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this offer in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. 

This offer is governed by English law and all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
