The offer
This Refer a Friend offer is open to existing Caroola Group clients and Parasol employees. If you (‘The Referrer’) refer a friend and they become a client (‘New Client’) of Caroola Group or employee (‘New Employee’) of Parasol, you shall both be entitled to receive a £50 referral payment. Additionally, you’ll both be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £300. These are subject to the below terms and conditions.
The reward
The Reward is a direct payment to the Referrer and the New Client’s / New Employee’s bank account. We will pay this into the business bank account that we have on record to pay your monthly direct debits. You will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria and Conditions set out below have been met. The £300 prize draw takes place every three months, so you’ll be entered into the next draw after meeting the terms and conditions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the offer and our decision is final. In order for the Referrer and the New Employee / Client to be eligible to receive the Reward and be entered into the prize draw:- The New Client must have paid one full monthly direct debit payment and still be a client of Caroola Group
- If a New Employee, they must be employed by Parasol and, if paid weekly, Parasol must receive four weekly margins that cover four weekly pay reference periods. If paid monthly, Parasol must receive one monthly margin that covers one monthly pay reference period.
- The Referrer must still be employed by Parasol or Caroola Group, and currently working on assignment.
Conditions
The New Client / Employee must not have been a client of any Caroola Group or Parasol packages for a period of two years prior to the date of the referral. This offer is not available to any individuals, contractors, or limited companies who have outstanding fees owing to Caroola Group. We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this offer as necessary. This offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18. This offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
