The Offer 

This Refer a Friend promotion is open to existing Parasol Limited employees and Caroola Group clients (including Caroola Accountancy and BAA Accounting), subject to the terms and conditions set out below.  If you (‘The Referrer’) refer a friend and they become an employee of Parasol (‘New Employee’), or client of Caroola Group, you shall both be entitled to receive a £50 referral incentive.

Additionally, you’ll both be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £300. This prize draw takes place every three months, so you’ll be entered into the next draw after meeting the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.  

The reward 

The Reward for a successful referral is £50 for the Referrer, and £50 for the New Employee / Client. This will be added to both payslips under the Total Invoice Value shown for a specific pay period and processed through weekly/monthly payroll. This will be subject to the usual statutory employer and employee deductions. 

You will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria and Conditions set out below have been met. Reward payments will be made within 30 days after Eligibility Criteria validation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Reward and our decision is final.   

Eligibility criteria 

In order for the Referrer and the New Employee / Client to be eligible to receive the Reward and be entered into the prize draw:

• The New Employee must be employed by Parasol and, if paid weekly, Parasol must receive four weekly margins that cover four weekly pay reference periods. If paid monthly, Parasol must receive one monthly margin that covers one monthly pay reference period. Or;
• If a New Client, they must have paid one full monthly direct debit payment and still be a client of Caroola Group.
• The Referrer must still be employed by Parasol or Caroola Group, and currently working on assignment.  

Conditions

To qualify for a Refer a Friend Reward, the following conditions must be met:

• The referral must be generated via the 'Refer' page on our website, or explicitly confirmed to our sales team during the initial call the friend is referred, quoting their name and contact details.
• The Referrer must have permission to share the friend's details.
• The above must take place prior to signing up as a New Employee with Parasol or Client with Caroola Group. Referrals post-sign up will not be accepted and will not be eligible for the Reward.
• The Employee must not be an existing employee of Parasol or a client of Caroola Group.
• We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this promotion, Reward and Terms & Conditions at our discretion.

This promotion is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this promotion is not available to individuals under the age of 18. 

Rewards must be claimed within 12 months.
