Campaign: Weekly Landmark Promotion

Time Period:  TBC

Mechanics:  x4 CRM will take a picture of a landmark in the location they are visiting.  Recruiters can guess where secret landmarks are located.  Those correct guesses will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 voucher for a weekend treat

Prize: Landmark Promotion Winner will receive a £25 Voucher from their dedicated CRM. The vouchers could be Just Eat, Uber Eats, Cinema, Oneforall for a mean/day/drinks out etc.

Selecting a winner:  All landmarks must be guessed correctly to be entered into the prize draw.  All names of the recruiters who answered correctly will be added to a random draw/generator.  The generator will randomly pick the 1 winner. 

Competition: Your chance to win a £25 voucher as a weekend treat by guessing the secret locations our CRMs have visited.  Guess all the locations correctly and you will be entered into a prize draw to win the treat.

Terms and conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions relate to the Landmark Weekly Promotion  being promoted by Parasol Limited (“Parasol” or “Promoter”). This promotion offers participants the opportunity to win a £25 voucher for a weekend treat. (“Promotion”).

1.2 You are eligible for the Promotion if:

(a) You are currently employed by a recruitment agency within the UK

(b) You have guessed all the locations correctly and provided your answers to the CRM or via the comments section.

 

(c) Every Recruiter who meets (a) & (b) requirements will be placed in prize draw where the winner will be picked at random.  The winner will be contacted by their CRM to arrange for their £25 voucher weekend treat to be sent to them. 

1.3 You are not eligible for the Promotion if:

(a) You are not currently employed by a recruitment agency within the UK

(b) You are an employee of Parasol, an immediate family member, or a person living in the same household.

1.4 The Promotion will run from TBC (“Promotion Period”) until such time it is terminated or suspended by the Promoter.  Any entries submitted after the Promotion has been suspended or terminated will be deemed invalid.

1.5 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

1.7 The prize will be sent to the winning referring recruiter.

1.8 Delivery to mainland UK only.

1.9 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions

1.10 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the Promoter may elect to identify a winner and award the prize from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

1.11 By entering, participants agree to Parasol’s/Caroola’s Privacy Policy. Any personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://parasolgroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/

Parasol/Caroola is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with GDPR and will not be used for any other purpose without explicit consent

1.12 Consent to Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Parasol to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (if applicable) for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

1.13 The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
