Caroola Apprentices Ace their AAT Assessments

Caroola Group has been named as the 40th best apprenticeship employer in the UK by The Sunday Times, in conjunction with the Department of Education.
This year’s ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025’ list was more competitive than ever. For the first time, the rankings included businesses from across the whole of the UK, not just England, meaning we were up against thousands of organisations nationwide.
Andy Ross, CEO at Caroola Group said: “Placing 40th in the UK’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list is a significant milestone. It reflects our unwavering dedication to fostering talent, providing exceptional apprenticeship opportunities, and delivering on our commitment to excellence.”
Andy continued: “To be placed ahead of so many major employers is a true testament to the strength of our apprenticeship programme, which we can’t wait to build on and enhance even further in the years to come.”
Since 2017, Caroola has had 650+ apprenticeships and invested over £4.5 million in their training and development. In addition to this, we have transferred over 2.5 million from our Apprenticeship Levy, through the Levy sponsorship scheme, to over 50 businesses in the Health and Childcare sectors. This year alone, nine new apprentices joined the business across HR, Sales, Payroll, and Accountancy – and over 30 successfully completed their programmes in the last year.
