The Offer

This Refer a Friend Offer is open to existing Caroola Group limited company clients on one of our limited company packages and Caroola sole trader clients on one of our sole trader packages and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

If you refer a friend (New Client) via the Refer a Friend portal https://caroola.aklamio.com/ and they become a client of Caroola Accountancy Limited, you shall be entitled to receive a £100 referral payment if they sign up to one of our Limited Company packages or £50 if they sign up to one of our Sole Trader packages. Both of these payments are subject to the below terms and conditions (The Reward).

Eligibility Criteria

In order for you to be eligible to receive this Reward, the New Client must:

1. Have paid one full monthly direct debit payment and must still be a client of Caroola
2. You must have paid one full direct debit payment retaining one of our Limited Company packages or Sole Trader packages and must still be a client of Caroola.
3. In addition, the referral must meet the conditions set out below

The Reward

The Reward for a successful referral is a cash reward made payable into your Aklamio referral account. Aklamio, our referral partner will contact you when your rewards have been confirmed. When they do, simply sign into your account and choose to have the cash paid into either your bank account or PayPal account.

You will be only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out above has been met and subject to the Conditions set out below. Rewards will be made within 30 days following successful Eligibility Criteria validation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Reward and our decision is final.

Conditions

To qualify for a Refer A Friend reward, you must meet the following conditions:

• For your referral to be eligible for a reward, it must be generated via your unique referral link. Your friend must request a callback via this link or quote a valid Reward ID with our sales team, prior to signing up as a New Client with Caroola Accountancy.
• Any new clients who join without using a referral link or quoting a valid reward ID at point of sale, will not be eligible for a reward.
• It is a condition of this offer that your friend must be new to Caroola Accountancy and not an existing client or have been a previous client of Caroola Accountancy or a client of any other subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for a period of 2 years prior to the date of the referral.
• This offer is not available to any individuals, contractors or limited companies who currently retain a subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for non-trading services, bespoke tax and/or accountancy advice, completion of cessation accounts or to individuals who have outstanding fees owing. If you or the New Client engage a subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for any of the above, we have the right to withdraw the Offer and the Reward will not be made available.

We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this Offer, Reward and Terms & Conditions at our discretion.

This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Promotion is not available to individuals under the age of 18.

This Offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.

Rewards must be claimed within 12 months.
