Caroola Accountancy

This Refer a Friend Offer is open to existing Caroola Group limited company clients on one of our limited company packages (Essential, Essential Pro, Premium & Elite – “Limited Company Package) and Caroola sole trader clients on one of our sole trader packages (Light, Core & Premium – “Sole Trader Package”) and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

If you refer a friend (“New Client”) and they become a client of our Group Company, Caroola Limited, by contracting to receive one of our Limited Company packages you shall be entitled to receive a £100 referral payment. If they sign up to one of our Sole Trader packages, you shall be entitled to receive a £50 referral payment. Both of these payments are subject to the below terms and conditions (“the Reward”).

Eligibility Criteria

In order for you to be eligible to receive this Reward, the New Client must:

• Have paid one full monthly direct debit payment and must still be a client of Caroola
• You must have paid one full direct debit payment retaining one of our Limited Company packages or Sole Trader packages and must still be a client of Caroola.
  
  

The Reward

The Reward is a direct payment to your business bank account (currently setup as a client of Caroola and used to pay monthly direct debits).

Please note that you will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out above has been met and subject to the Conditions set out below. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Offer and our decision is final.

Conditions

It is a condition of this Offer that the New Client has not been a client of any of the Caroola Limited Company packages or Sole Trader packages or services for a period of 2 years prior to the date of the referral. If the New Client has been engaged with Caroola for any of the above services within 2 years prior to the date of the referral, we have the right to withdraw the Offer and the Reward will not be made available.

This Offer is not available to any individuals, contractors or limited companies who currently retain Caroola for non-trading services, bespoke tax and/or accountancy advice and/or individuals who have outstanding fees owing to Caroola or where Caroola is in the process of completing cessation accounts. If you or the New Client engage Caroola or us for any of the above, we have the right to withdraw the Offer and the reward will not be made available.

We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this Offer as necessary.

This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.

This Offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
