The Offer 

This Refer a Friend promotion is open to existing Parasol Limited employees and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.  

If you (‘The Referrer’) refer a friend (‘New Employee’) and they become an employee of Parasol, you shall both be entitled to receive a £50 referral incentive, subject to the below terms and conditions.  

Eligibility Criteria 

In order for you and your friend to be eligible to receive this Reward: 

The friend (New Employee) must have been employed by Parasol and, if paid weekly, Parasol must receive four weekly margins that covers four weekly pay reference periods. If paid monthly, Parasol must receive one monthly margin that covers one monthly pay reference period. 

You (the Referrer) must still be employed by Parasol and currently working on assignment.   The referral must meet the conditions below. 

The Reward 

The Reward for a successful referral is £50 for the Referrer, and £50 for the friend (New Employee). This will be added to the Referrer and the New Employee’s payslips under the Total Invoice Value shown for a specific pay period and processed through weekly/monthly payroll. This will be subject to the usual statutory employer and employee deductions.  

You will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out above has been met and subject to the Conditions set out below. Rewards will be made within 30 days following Eligibility Criteria validation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Reward and our decision is final.  

Conditions 

To qualify for a Refer a Friend reward, you must meet the following conditions:  

• For your referral to be eligible for a reward, it must be generated via the 'Refer' page of our website or explicitly confirmed to our sales team during the initial call that they were referred by a friend - quoting the friend’s name and contact details. 
• The above must take place prior to signing up as a New Employee with Parasol. Referrals post-sign up will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a reward.
• It is a condition of this offer that your friend must be new to Parasol and not an existing employee, or have been a previous employee of Parasol or a client of any other subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for a period of 2 years prior to the date of the referral 

This Promotion is not available to any individuals, contractors or limited companies who currently retain a subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for non-trading services, bespoke tax and/or accountancy advice, completion of cessation accounts or to individuals who have outstanding fees owing. If you or the New Employee engage a subsidiary of Caroola Group Limited for any of the above, we have the right to withdraw the Promotion and the Reward will not be made available.  

We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this Promotion, Reward and Terms & Conditions at our discretion.   

This Promotion is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Promotion is not available to individuals under the age of 18.  

Rewards must be claimed within 12 months.
