Caroola Group began as a collection of contractor accounting and payroll companies, which merged to form the Optionis Group in 2012. Over the years, we’ve grown through several acquisitions, integrating them into our core services. Today, Parasol, Caroola Accountancy and baa accounting operate as part of Caroola Group, delivering a full range of EOR (Employer of Record), payroll and accounting services.
