Caroola cares
The Caroola Cares platform was developed to support our employees in thriving both individually and as part of a team. We believe in going beyond the basics to create a meaningful impact within our company and the wider world, which is why we foster initiatives that benefit our colleagues, communities, and the environment.
Caroola Cares also reflects our commitment to integrity and helps us to build trust with clients, employees, suppliers, and the communities we serve, setting us apart as a business that truly cares.
Caroola Cares can be divided into four categories:
Your Flexibility
Our flexible working approach, which enables our employees to adapt their hours and location to suit their schedules.
Our dedicated team
Our People team includes dedicated equality, diversity and inclusion officers who support employees and provide initiatives that recognise and celebrate diversity within our team.
Universal accessibility
Both of our offices meet accessibility standards, so anybody who thrives in an office environment can get there and work there.
Every year, we partner with different team-chosen charities, and we encourage our employees to take part in regular fundraising events throughout the year. We are very proud of our track record in charitable giving, with previous contributions including:
Donating over £10,000
We regularly donate to the NHS, children’s charities and the Samaritans, and have contributed over £10,000 to these institutions so far.
Providing laptops
Through The Turing Trust, we have been able to give staff and students in African schools access to essential technology.
Yearly fundraising
Every year, our staff choose charities and take part in events to raise money for them. In 2025 we aim to raise £5,000 for Claire House Children's Hospice.
Our Environment initiatives include:
Paperless working
Whenever possible, we operate completely electronically.
Reducing carbon emissions
Your Flexibility allows our employees to reduce their environmental impact by reducing their commutes.
A green car scheme
This partnership provides assistance to employees wishing to purchase a green CO2-capped vehicle for themselves.
A fully cloud-based server
Our optimised cloud-based server saves over 21.5 million watts per week.
Our wellbeing initiatives include:
